Under the leadership of Gov. Rogelio “Dok Roger” Espina, the Provincial Government of Biliran brought support and opportunities to women in Barngays Julita, Hugpa, San Roque, and San Isidro*. 131 received food packs and health pouches with medicines and vitamins ,while 15 women were given swine livelihood despirsal – Empowering them toward self- reliance and brigther future for their families.
