Naval, Biliran – August 21, 2025

The Kabataang Biliran 2025 Youth Champion, in cooperation with the Office of the Governor, officially opened this year’s Linggo ng Kabataan celebration with a fun run at the Capitol Grounds. The event gathered over 200 enthusiastic youth participants, highlighting unity, health, and youth empowerment.

With the theme “Local Youth Actions for the Sustainable Development Goals and Beyond,” the program was led by Provincial SK Federation President Symonn Verne C. Roa, who expressed gratitude to Governor Rogelio J. Espina for his unwavering support, as well as to the different agencies and SK Federations across the province for their active participation.
