TESDA–Biliran, led by Provincial Director Engr. Enrico C. Banario, celebrated National Tech-Voc Day 2025 through the World Café of Opportunities—a venue linking graduates directly to employers and government agencies for immediate job opportunities.

The event gathered employers and partner agencies including DOLE, DTI, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, PNP, CDA,PIA, NBI, SSS, PSA,and LGUs. TESDA graduates in construction, tourism, and agriculture were given on-the-spot interviews, with several employers already committing to hire workers.
