Biliran Province has once again made history!

Through the efforts of the Provincial Agricultural Services Office (PASO), Biliran proudly received the Excellence Award (Visayas Small-Scale Category) for the 2024 Wet Season and 2025 Dry Season during the National Assembly of Provincial Agriculture Offices on RCEF Implementation held at PhilRice, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija on August 28–29, 2025.
