Provincial Government of Biliran joins the nation in celebrating the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayan: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”

The celebration kicked off with a flag-raising ceremony held at the Capitol Grounds on September 1, 2025.
