The Provincial Government of Biliran, under the leadership of Gov. Dok Roger Espina, continues its steadfast commitment to genuine public service by bringing essential programs and services directly to the barangays.

Today, the people of Villa Caneja, Libtong, and Anislagan warmly welcomed the Serbisyong Biliranon sa Barangay Day held at the Villa Caneja Housing Covered Court.

More than 500 residents benefited from free services—ranging from healthcare, agriculture, employment, livelihood, legal aid, and even personal care. No long queues, no distance barriers—because the government went closer to the people.

Agriculture Support – Agri-Fishery Inputs & AGRITALK Orientation

Animal Health Mission – Vaccination, Deworming, Castration

Medical & Dental Mission – Free Check-up, Tooth Extraction, Circumcision, Ultrasound, Blood Tests

Employment & Livelihood Assistance – PESO, DOLE, and OWWA Services

Legal Aid & Awareness – Free Legal Consultation & VAWC Lectures

Community Services – Free Haircut, Senior Citizen Hair Color, Massage, Foot Spa

With the strong support of national agencies such as PhilHealth, Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), this event became a one-stop hub of services for every Biliranon.
