The Provincial Government of Biliran, under the Serbisyong Biliranon banner program of Governor Roger Espina and in partnership with the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), is strengthening support for cacao farmers as part of its vision to transform Biliran Province into a premier agri-tourism hub.

This initiative aims to empower local farmers, create livelihood opportunities, and showcase the province’s potential in sustainable agriculture and tourism.
