The Provincial Agricultural Office proudly celebrates the graduation of 27 dedicated farmers from the Hill Top Farmers group of Brgy. Marvel, Culaba, who have successfully completed the 16-week Palayamanin Program under the Climate Smart Farm Business School initiative.

For four months, our farmer-graduates devoted their time and effort—meeting once a week—to enhance their knowledge in climate-resilient agriculture, enterprise development, and sustainable food production. Through comprehensive training and capacity-building sessions, they learned modern agri-technologies, climate-adaptive strategies, and innovative marketing approaches designed to help them thrive in today’s evolving agricultural landscape.

As part of their culmination, the graduates also received agricultural inputs to support their livelihood and help them apply their newly acquired skills directly to their farms.
