𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧, 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐨 “𝐃𝐨𝐤” 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚,

once again brought essential government services closer to the people through the Serbisyong Biliranon Day held on December 11, 2025, in Barangay Balaquid, Cabucgayan.

More than just a service caravan, Serbisyong Biliranon Day reflects the province’s strong commitment to responsive, accessible, and people-centered governance. By going directly to the communities, the program continues to bridge gaps in public service delivery and address the day-to-day needs of Biliranons.

The Balaquid leg was marked by meaningful interactions and impactful programs—including medical and dental consultations, school feeding, and the distribution of school bags and supplies for Grade 1–3 learners. Families also received rice, while residents enjoyed free haircut, hair coloring, and massage services. The event further featured the distribution of planting materials, swine dispersal, and various frontline government services designed to address immediate community concerns.

Governor Espina’s hands-on approach and genuine concern for the people reflect his unwavering dedication to uplifting the well-being of every Biliranon. His leadership reinforces an essential truth: public service is action driven by compassion. His example continues to inspire unity, participation, and meaningful service across the province.

As Serbisyong Biliranon Day continues to visit barangays throughout Biliran, it strengthens community bonds, builds trust in government, and advances the shared mission of progress—one barangay at a time.
