The Serbisyong Biliranon Water Assistance Program continues to deliver responsive and meaningful service in the 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘒𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯, 𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘢𝘣𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘯 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩, 𝘛𝘶𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘰, 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵e ,𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘰𝘴𝘢𝘰, 𝘉𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘢𝘰, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘪𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘨.Residents expressed their gratitude for finally having a stable, abundant, and reliable water supply, bringing comfort, health, and improved livelihood to their communities.

This initiative reflects true public service—one that listens, acts, and delivers real impact to the people.
