The Serbisyong Biliranon Water Assistance Program continues to bring hope and comfort to communities as water pipes were ceremonially turned over today to restore and strengthen potable water supply in key barangays of Almeria, Caibiran, and Culaba.

Beneficiary barangays include Poblacion (Almeria); Bariis and Alegria (Caibiran); and Guindapunan, Looc, and Acaban (Culaba)—ensuring residents now have access to stable, safe, and reliable water for daily needs, health, and livelihood.
