Barangay Mapuyo, Kawayan, Biliran — Hope and opportunity continue to grow as the Barangay Mapuyo Women’s Association officially received livelihood equipment through the DOLE-assisted Meat Processing Starter Kit, a concrete expression of Serbisyong Biliranon in action.

More than just equipment, this initiative equips women with tools to improve income,enhance skills and build sustainable livelihoods – reflecting trust in their capacity to uplift their families and the community.
