The Province of Biliran proudly held a send-off ceremony for the Panamao Rangers as they prepare to represent the province in the upcoming EVRAA 2026 in Baybay City.A total of 632 participants from Biliran will take part in the regional sporting event,showcasing the province’s strength, talent and dedication to excellence,perseverance, and commitment as they carry the pride and honor of Biliran onto the regional stage.

The ceremony was graced by the strong support of provincial and local leaders,led by 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙅. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖.

Joining him were Gretchen Stephanie Espina, Mayor of Naval; Grace Casil, Mayor of Biliran; Humphrey Olimba, Mayor of Culaba; Maria B. Sale Mayor of Almeria and Joseph Caingcoy, Mayor of Maripipi. Also present was Rolando Ampong, representing Rudy Espina, along with dedicated officials from the Department of Education, coaches, and proud supporters.

As the athletes embark on this meaningful journey, they carry with them the hopes, encouragement, and unwavering support of every Biliranon. Their passion and determination reflect the spirit of unity and excellence that define the province.
