A meeting was conducted by the Office of the Provincial Agricultural Services (OPAS) in Barangay Hugpa, Biliran, Biliran Province, on February 26, 2026, with farmers interested in joining the 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐂𝐒𝐅𝐁𝐒) 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦. The session introduced the program and explained how it can help farmers improve their farming practices and earn more. The program supports the use of modern, climate-friendly farming techniques and encourages a variety of more sustainable farm activities.
