The tree planting activity was successfully conducted at Sitio Uwakon, Brgy. Villa Consuelo, Naval, Biliran Province, on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 6:00 in the morning.

The activity was led by Gov. Rogelio J. Espina, heads of offices and employees of the provincial government, Vice Gov. Paras, and the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, representatives from the national government agencies, people’s organizations, and CSOs.

The overwhelming support of the Biliranons for this program, which is under the Serbisyong Biliranon, shows the commitment to protecting our natural resources.
