As Biliran commemorates its 34th Provincehood Anniversary, the Provincial Government renews its commitment to inclusive progress, dedicated public service, and a shared vision of transforming Biliran into a First-Class Province.

In his anniversary message, the Governor emphasized that the province’s continued growth is rooted in unity, cooperation, and collective responsibility. He encouraged all Biliranons to remain steadfast in supporting programs and initiatives that uplift communities and improve the quality of life across the province.

The Governor highlighted that achieving greater progress requires the sustained partnership of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the province’s eight local government units, 132 barangays, national government agencies, non-government organizations, private sector partners, and the people of Biliran working together with one purpose and one vision.
He likewise expressed sincere gratitude for the unwavering dedication, compassion, and service shown by all sectors whose contributions continue to drive meaningful development throughout the province.

“This milestone is more than a celebration of our provincehood. It is a reminder of how far we have come through unity and perseverance, and how much more we can achieve together for the future of every Biliranon,” the Governor shared.

With renewed hope and determination, the Province of Biliran moves forward stronger than ever — guided by service, inspired by unity, and committed to building a more progressive, resilient, and empowered community for generations to come.
