The Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Biliran officially launched its new website, marking another milestone in bringing government services closer to the people through innovation, transparency, and digital governance.

During the launching ceremony, Vice Governor Roselyn Espina-Paras emphasized the importance of accessible and responsive governance, saying that public service must evolve with the changing times. The newly launched platform will allow Biliranons easier access to ordinances, resolutions, legislative updates, committee activities, announcements, and other important information from the provincial legislature.

The Vice Governor also highlighted the province’s continued move toward modernization and paperless sessions, promoting efficiency while supporting environmental sustainability through reduced paper consumption and waste.

She expressed gratitude to the members of the provincial board, the IT team, staff, and technical partners whose dedication and teamwork made the project possible.
More than a digital platform, the website symbolizes the commitment of the provincial government to open governance, stronger public participation, and better connection with the people of Biliran.
