The Provincial Government of Biliran proudly reports the successful completion of the “Improvement of Recreational Park in the Province of Biliran” located in Brgy. Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran under the Local Government Support Fund – Green Green Green Program.

Based on the official Report on Fund Utilization and Status of Program/Project Implementation for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the project was implemented through contract with an estimated 5,000 to 5,500 beneficiaries. The project received a total funding of ₱10,022,764.00, with ₱10,016,361.87 contracted out, and was officially marked as COMPLETED.

This initiative forms part of the national government’s Green Green Green Program, which supports the construction and improvement of public parks, recreational spaces, active mobility infrastructure, and environmentally sustainable community projects.

The completed recreational park is expected to serve as a safe, accessible, and people-centered public space that promotes wellness, recreation, environmental sustainability, and community engagement among Biliranons.
