The Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Biliran is open to government agencies, organizations, and community groups for meetings, trainings, workshops, and 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.

Free internet access and available ICT equipment (computers and laptops)
