NAVAL, Biliran – The Provincial Government of Biliran successfully concluded the Biliranon Kids: Summer Galaw 2026 Preliminary Culmination Program in the Municipalities of Naval, Kawayan, and Almeria, celebrating the talents, creativity, and athletic potential of Biliranon’s young generation.

In his inspiring message, 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙅. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖 expressed his pride and gratitude to the children, parents, coaches, trainers, and organizers whose dedication made the program a success. He highlighted the enthusiasm, determination, and teamwork displayed by the young participants, reflecting the promise and potential of Biliran’s future leaders.

Governor Espina emphasized that initiatives such as Summer Galaw help build confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong sense of responsibility among the youth.
