Good News! The Provincial Government will shoulder ₱1,000.00 of the passport fee for qualified applicants.

Eligibility for Financial Assistance:

• Indigent individual or low-income household (₱9,000 below) with a Certificate of Indigency mula sa munisipyo
• First-time passport applicant
• Passport needed for employment purposes
• Resident of Biliran Province
