BILIRAN JO PERSONNEL EMPOWERED THROUGH LANDBANK, SSS, AND PAG-IBIG ORIENTATION
NAVAL, Biliran β In a significant step toward strengthening the welfare and financial security of its workforce, the Provincial Government of Biliran successfully conducted an Orientation on Landbank ATM Enrolment, SSS, and Pag-IBIG Membership for all Job Order (JO) personnel on June 23, 2026, at the Social and Cultural Activity Center (SAC) in Naval.
Pursuant to Memorandum No. 020-2024, the activity was spearheaded by the Office of the Provincial Administrator under the leadership of Provincial Administrator Atty. Vonn Aurelius C. Roa, PLO/OIC-PAO.
The orientation reflects the unwavering commitment of ππ€π«ππ§π£π€π§ ππ€πππ‘ππ€ π . ππ¨π₯ππ£π to ensure that every provincial employee is equipped with the tools and opportunities needed to build a more secure future. More than an administrative undertaking, the activity underscored the Provincial Government’s dedication to empowering workers through access to essential government services and benefits.
Participants received valuable information and practical guidance on:
β’ Landbank ATM Enrolment β ensuring faster, safer, and more efficient salary disbursement;
β’ SSS Membership and Record Updating β enabling access to social security benefits, loans, and other member privileges; and
β’ Pag-IBIG Membership β opening opportunities for savings growth, housing assistance, and other member benefits.
Serving as resource persons were Ms. Ruth Balse, Manager of Landbank; Mr. Rhaine Gandugdug of the Social Security System (SSS); and Mr. Joshua Abadeza, Marketing Representative of Pag-IBIG Fund, who shared their expertise and addressed participants’ concerns regarding membership, benefits, and enrollment processes.
For many Job Order personnel, the orientation marked an important milestone toward greater financial inclusion and long-term security. It served as a reminder that every worker deserves access to programs that support not only their present needs but also their future aspirations.
