Cebu City, June 25, 2026 — Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙣,

the Provincial Government of Biliran officially received two (2) new Patient Transport Vehicles (PTVs) from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) during a turnover ceremony held at the Toyota Mabolo Branch in Cebu City.

The acquisition of these vehicles was made possible through the dedicated efforts of 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗝. 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮, whose administration continues to champion programs that improve healthcare accessibility and ensure that essential services reach every Biliranon, especially those in far-flung communities.

The newly acquired PTVs will significantly strengthen the province’s emergency medical transport capabilities, providing safer, faster, and more reliable transportation for patients requiring urgent medical attention. These vehicles will help bridge healthcare gaps, facilitate timely referrals, and support the province’s ongoing efforts to deliver quality healthcare services to all.

As part of the provincial government’s commitment to 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙣,
