July 6, 2026 — The Provincial Government of Biliran, with the leadership 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤 “𝘿𝙤𝙠 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙧” 𝙅. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖,through the Office of the Provincial Veterinary, successfully distributed carabaos to eleven (11) farmer-beneficiaries across the province. This meaningful initiative was made possible with the dedicated support of Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Suzzette B. Apura under the Serbisyong Biliranon program.

The carabao dispersal program is more than just providing livestock—it is an investment in the future of Biliran’s farming communities. By equipping farmers with reliable farm animals, the Provincial Government helps increase agricultural productivity, strengthen livelihoods, and create more opportunities for sustainable growth.
