DUAW Reaches Barangays Bariis, Uson, and Manlabang, Caibiran

Led by Governor Rogelio “Dok Roger” J. Espina, the Dialogue with Unified Active Workers/Leaders (DUAW) continues to bring government services closer to every Biliranon.

Residents received assistance through programs in Agriculture, Health, Livelihood, Education, and Social Services, including AKAP Rice, water pipes, wheelchairs, canes, nebulizers, and other essential support.

The Provincial Government thanks Mayor Rhodessa Revita and the Barangay Officials of Bariis, Uson, and Manlabang for their invaluable partnership.
