Empowering Biliranons Through Digital Opportunities Provincial Call Center Hub

A brighter future is taking shape in Biliran as the Provincial Call Center Hub proudly celebrated the graduation of its first batch of trainees and welcomed the second batch of aspiring digital professionals.
Under the Serbisyong Biliranon program of Governor Rogelio J. Espina, this flagship initiative empowers Biliranons with essential digital, communication, and customer service skills, creating pathways to quality employment while enabling them to build successful careers without leaving the province.
The program has already produced inspiring results, with 13 Biliranons securing new opportunitiesβ10 now working as Virtual Assistants, 2 hired as Hotel Front Desk Staff through Japan training, and 1 employed at the DPWH. These success stories demonstrate how Serbisyong Biliranon is transforming lives by investing in skills, innovation, and meaningful employment.
During the ceremony, qualified graduates also received their certificates, while selected trainees were awarded laptops to help them begin their digital careers with confidence and the right tools for success.
In his message, Governor Espina congratulated the graduates and encouraged the new trainees to embrace technology, continuous learning, and every opportunity that comes their way.
“The world today is digital. We must embrace technology and innovation. This Provincial Call Center Hub is our commitment to creating more employment opportunities and empowering every Biliranon.”
