The Provincial Government of Biliran successfully conducted the turnover of the Patubig sa Barangay Program on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 bringing another essential service closer to Biliranon communities.
Led by ππ€π«ππ§π£π€π§ ππ€πππ‘ππ€ “πΏπ€π ππ€πππ§” π . ππ¨π₯ππ£π,water pipes were officially turned over to the barangay officials of Baso and Casiawan in the Municipality of Cabucgayan, and Julita, Canila, Burabod, and Busali in the Municipality of Biliran during ceremonies held at their respective barangay multipurpose gyms.
Mayor Gemma G. Adobo of Cabucgayan graced the turnover ceremony as a guest, reaffirming the strong partnership between the Provincial Government and the Municipality of Cabucgayan in delivering meaningful programs that uplift the lives of every Biliranon.
