The Provincial Government of Biliran, through the Serbisyong Biliranon DUAW and Patubig sa Barangay Program, successfully conducted another community outreach in Barangay San Lorenzo, Kawayan, bringing essential government services closer to the people.

Water pipes were formally turned over to the barangays of San Lorenzo, Bilwang, and Masagongsong to help improve access to clean and reliable water for their communities.

The activity also included the distribution of wheelchairs and nebulizers to requesting constituents, while qualified beneficiaries received AKAP Rice through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO).

Joining the activity were 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙨, 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙪𝙙𝙮 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖,𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 the DUAW Capitol Program facilitators, whose continued collaboration reflects a shared commitment to serving the people.

Through Serbisyong Biliranon, the Provincial Government continues to bring responsive programs and meaningful services directly to the communities—improving lives, strengthening partnerships, and building a better future for every Biliranon.
