CAIBIRAN, BILIRAN | August 10, 2026 — The Municipality of Caibiran hosted the Provincial Launching of Ligtas Tigdas: Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) at the Caibiran Gymnasium.

Led by the Department of Health, Provincial Government of Biliran, Provincial Health Office, and Caibiran Rural Health Unit, the activity brought together parents and guardians who availed of measles-rubella vaccination for children aged 6–59 months.

The launching highlights Biliran’s continuing commitment to protecting children through timely vaccination, stronger health services, and active community participation.

Every vaccinated child means greater protection—not only for our children, but for our entire community. Together, let us build a healthier, safer, and stronger Biliran.
