The“Dialogue with Unified Active Workers/Leaders.” (DUAW) ng Serbisyong Biliranon once again brought government services, assistance, and compassion closer to families in five barangays of Naval—Caraycaray, Sto. Niño, Anislagan, Borac, and San Pablo—led by 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤 “𝘿𝙤𝙠 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙧” 𝙅. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖.

The outreach provided families with information on important Capitol programs and services, while wheelchairs, nebulizers, and walking canes were distributed to those in need.

With the support of 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙤 “𝙂𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮𝙗𝙤𝙮” 𝙅. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙅𝙧.,food assistance was also shared with more than 1,000 families in Caraycaray, 70 families in Sto. Niño, 150+ families in Anislagan, 250 families in Borac, and 490+ families in San Pablo.

The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) distributed 12.5 kilos of rice to each family, while also extending assistance to residents seeking help for health concerns and other personal needs.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the barangay officials and volunteers whose cooperation helped make the outreach successful.

The DUAW reminds us that true public service is not confined to government offices—it reaches out, listens, helps, and cares.
