Barangays Sto. Rosario and P.I. Garcia, Naval

September 3, 2026

DUAW returned once again—bringing government service, assistance, and genuine care closer to the people.

Led by 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙅. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖, 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙀𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙚 𝙈. 𝙀𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖,essential assistance reached families in Barangays Sto. Rosario and P.I. Garcia, including AKAP rice, medical kits, medicines, and wheelchairs, walking canes, for those in need.

But DUAW is more than the delivery of assistance. It is a bridge between the government and the people—an opportunity to listen, understand their needs, and bring meaningful services directly to every barangay.

With every visit, hope is strengthened.

With every service delivered, trust is built.

And with every Biliranon reached, the promise of a government that cares becomes real.

No Biliranon left behind. No community forgotten.

Mabuhay ang Biliran! Mabuhay ang bawat Biliranon!
