AICS Payout for Newly Graduated Students Seeking Employment Opportunities

About 1,100 new graduates from Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) received cash assistance of P3,000.00 each from the provincial government thru Gov. Gerard Roger Espina, to help finance their needs for the processing of documents and other needs while seeking for employment.

The 2-day mass pay-out was conducted at the BiPSU Student Center, and was only open for Biliranon residents under the AICS Program. Alongside the payout was a jobs fair for potential call center agents  through the Public Employment Service Office. 

The move by the provincial government has been noted by CNN Philippines, which featured the Governor in a news segment.
