The Provincial Engineering Office is responsible for planning, designing, programming, construction and maintenance or provincial infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, water systems, buildings and other improvements which are within the jurisdiction of the province. It is also the responsibility of the Provincial Engineering Office to extend technical assistance and advice to the municipalities as well as barangays of the province in planning, construction and repairs/improvements of public facilities and also maintain the quality control of all the projects under the provincial government.
