The Biliran DAR Provincial Office under the supervision of Mrs. Thelma N. Alba, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II pays a courtesy visit to Governor Dok Roger Espina, July 1. With the Governor, the proposal to transform DARPO as a full-fledged Provincial Office was discussed. Dok Roger also assured the DAR team to help lobby to Cong. Gerryboy Espina for the possible funding of a new DARPO building. At present, DAR has an available lot for office establishment under a usufruct agreement with the provincial government.
