Acts as the legislative branch of the provincial government, crafting policies and ordinances to support Biliran's development and welfare.
MISSION
To manage effectively and efficiently the legislative functions through the approval of resolutions, enactment of ordinances and appropriation of funds which is geared towards the delivery of basic services to the constituents of the Province.
