Naval, Biliran – Governor Rogelio “Dok Roger” Espina reaffirmed his commitment to the youth of Biliran during his visits to Naval National High School and the Naval School of Fisheries last August 1, 2025, declaring, “Your future is my most important goal.”

Highlighting education as the foundation of progress, he shared, “I believe the true future of Biliran lies in quality education—it’s the great equalizer against life’s challenges.”

Programs like “Rescue School Service Biliranon” and “Sagip Edukasyon” reflect his administration’s continuing efforts to provide students with the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
