“Your Future is My Promise” : Governor Espina Inspire NNHS Students

NAVAL, Biliran — “𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭,” said Governor Rogelio “Dok Roger” Espina during his visit to Naval National High School last July 31, 2025, where students and teachers warmly welcomed him.

Promising to never leave the youth behind, the governor assured them that their trust will not be wasted.

More than just words, his visit highlighted his ongoing commitment through the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧 program—an effort to strengthen access to education and support every Biliranon learner.
