Naval, Biliran – The community came together on August 2, 2025, for a free Eye, Ear, and General Medical Consultation at the Provincial Capitol Grounds! Organized by local medical societies, this initiative provided vital healthcare services to residents in need.

The mission, held under the theme “My Community, My Responsibility,” offered essential health services—free eye check-ups, ear exams, and medical consultations—empowering the community through early detection and care.
