Vice Governor Brigido Cabidog Caneja, III, also known as “Kokoy” was born on October 29, 1967, in Naval, Biliran Province, to parents Henrito A. Caneja and Teodora O. Cabidog. He is a loving husband to Dr. Joyce Pla-Caneja, and a great father to his two children, Brigido P. Caneja, IV, and Brigitte Joyce P. Caneja.
