The Provincial Assessor is the Office-in-charge of the assessment of all real properties in the province. In the performance of his/her duties, he/she establishes a systematic method of assessment, update real property tax maps, tax map control rolls and assessment rolls, keeps files copies and records of all deeds of conveyances relatives to real property ownership, mortgages and all other forms of encumbrances of real properties, construction cost of buildings and land improvements for assessment purposes.
