Oversees strategic planning and development programs to improve infrastructure, resources, and quality of life.
Mandate
Formulation of integrated and comprehensive development plans; conduct of socio-economic profiling; establishment & maintenance of databases; monitoring & evaluation of development projects; promoting people’s participation in development planning; and act as secretariat to the Provincial Development Council.
Mission
To prepare updated integrated planning documents that will provide policy and development directions to the provincial government.
VISION
A high-performing office that provides efficient and effective management support to the Provincial Government of Biliran by preparing and updating responsive development plans and related documents through reliable information and active people’s participation.
