The Provincial Engineers Office is responsible for planning, designing, programming, construction and maintenance of provincial infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, water system, buildings and other improvements which are within the jurisdiction of the province. It is also the responsibility of the Provincial Engineers Office to extend technical assistance and advice to municipalities as well as barangays of the province planning, construction and repairs/improvements of public facilities and also maintains the quality control of all projects under the provincial governments.
